Previous winners of the Construction & Renovation category include:
- 2006 Hockerton Housing Project - an eco-community that grows much of its own food, generates its own power and enjoys massive energy savings;
- 2007 3 Acorns Eco-House - a house that began as a standard Victorian terraced house in London and was gradually turned into carbon neutral, climate positive home.
