How the judging process works
The judging of the National Energy Efficiency Awards consists of a two-stage process.
Stage 1 - Short-listing committee
A panel will assess all of the entries received. They will draw up a short-list of entries which will be passed to the judging panel.
This will take place in September.
Stage 2 - Judging Panel
The judging panel will consist of leading figures in the energy sector, government policy makers, representatives from the voluntary sector and the media. They will assess the short-list provided by the committee and select the winners and commendations from this.
The final judging will take place in October.
N.B. The names of the winning and commended entries will be announced at the Awards dinner.
Information on the success of entries will not be available in advance of the ceremony.
